Order Policy

All products are made to order. Most items ship within 3 business days of receiving payment for an order unless otherwise stated, however in unusual cases some items may take 5 business days to be sent out. If in the rare case an item is out of stock – the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued for that item and the shipping cost of that item.




Payment Policy

We can accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal. All prices on our website are in US Dollars. If a custom or personalized design is requested the production of it will be started upon receipt of payment.




Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and all shipments are insured. The customer has the option of choosing either UPS or Canada Post for their method of shipping. Canada Post shipments will not have a tracking number - because of this our recommended service is UPS. Canada Post shipments usually take 10-14 days within North America and 2-3 weeks internationally. UPS shipping times vary from 7-10 days (express UPS shipping is available for overnight, next day, and 3-day service). We package our items so as to protect and respect the contents. Shipping prices cover our costs only. International customers outside of Canada please note that higher value orders may incur a customs duty charge depending on your country's tax laws, we can't be responsible for these charges.




Return Policy

Returns will be accepted and store credit will be offered upon us receiving the item back. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent and within 30 days after the date of payment. If an item is returned not in the condition it was sent to a customer or after 30 days of the date of payment – the item will be returned and the customer will be charged with the cost of shipping the item back. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer must pay to ship the item back to us. If a customer receives an item that is flawed – they should contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem.




E-Mail Policy

Any E-Mails received after 5pm AST (Atlantic Standard Time) will promptly be answered the following business day. If there is a holiday during our days of operation (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AST) any E-Mails received after 5pm the day before the holiday will be promptly answered the following business day after the holiday.

Be sure to check your junk folder, there have been instances where E-Mail communication has been routed there.
